Information collected

To prepare a Letter, we may receive your name, email address, date and place of birth, basic form information and the requested photos. In the exclusive client space, we also receive your questions and keep private records of responses and request status. We also receive technical information necessary for the website to work and payment records supplied by payment processors.

How information is used

Your information and photos are used exclusively to receive the request, prepare and deliver the reading, provide support, maintain administrative records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Photos and confidentiality

Photos are confidential. They are not published, used for promotion or shared as part of an experience without express permission. Access is limited to what is needed to prepare and deliver the reading.

Service providers

We may use essential form, hosting, email and payment services. Each provider processes the information necessary for its role and follows its own privacy policies. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store the full card number.

Retention and deletion

Information is kept as needed to complete the service, provide support, preserve project records and meet legal obligations. You can request access, corrections or deletion of information that does not have to be retained by law.
